RUNNING LATE - Please call ahead if you are running more than 5 minutes late. You will be given as much of your scheduled time as the therapist's schedule can permit, though treatment times will be shortened as needed.

CANCELLATIONS - We require 48 hours notice of cancellations to avoid being charged for your scheduled appointment. The full appointment fee is charged for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice and for no shows. This is to enable other clients to have an opportunity to book appointments for times that will be open.

GRATUITIES -Typically, gratuity at a spa is calculated the same way as is commonly done at restaurants, about 20% or more if you feel you received excellent care. And remember, gratuities are usually based on the full service price, regardless of discounts provided. Gift certificates do not include a gratuity unless noted otherwise.
